1. Shipping Destinations & Regional Restrictions
We ship to most countries worldwide, utilizing trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery. However, please carefully note our specific regional policies below:
Available Shipping Destinations: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, European Union countries, and major destinations across Asia, South America, and the Middle East.
Excluded/Restricted Destinations: We currently don't ship to Sanctioned Countries (including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea region).
Special Notice for New Zealand: Standard Free Shipping is not applicable to New Zealand. Orders shipped to New Zealand will incur additional shipping surcharges calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and dimensions.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
Standard Processing Time: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process and prepare your order within 2 business days. Please note that this processing time excludes weekends and holidays. If there are any unforeseen delays in processing your order, you will receive an email notification immediately.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet different customer preferences and needs, including Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Next-Day Delivery.
Shipping Costs: While Standard Shipping is included and free of charge for most products to eligible destinations, Expedited Shipping and Next-Day Delivery options will incur additional charges calculated and displayed during checkout.
Carriers Used: We partner with leading international carriers including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS. The specific carrier may vary based on your selected shipping method, destination, and package requirements.
Standard shipping timelines are classified based on inventory and equipment type:
In-Stock Items: Shipped immediately upon order completion, typically delivering within 5 to 7 business days via standard shipping. No additional fees apply.
Out-of-Stock Items: We will immediately arrange production/restocking. Your products will be dispatched via expedited shipping and delivered within7 to 10 business days. No additional fees apply.
Oversized & Heavy Equipment (e.g., Fiber Laser Cutting Machines): Due to industrial dimensions and weight, these items are shipped via Sea Freight & Truck. Preparation Time: Approximately 10 business days. Transit Time: 45 to 60 business days to your door. No additional hidden fees apply for standard delivery.
4. Tracking and Order Status
Once your shipment is handed over to the carrier, an automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. You can monitor your shipment's real-time progress through the carrier's tracking portal or by logging into your account on our website.
5. Heavy-Duty Packaging
To minimize transit damage, all high-value machinery is securely packed in reinforced wooden crates or heavy-duty cardboard boxes, equipped with interior shock-absorbing wrapping and moisture-resistant protective barriers. If you wish to return your machine under authorized policies, we strongly recommend retaining the original packaging to ensure adequate protection during return shipping.
6. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, the buyer/recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These regulatory charges are determined entirely by local customs policies. SFX Solution is not responsible for transit delays caused by destination customs clearance procedures.
7. Shipping Delays or Issues
While we strive for punctual delivery, unforeseen external factors (such as extreme weather, carrier strikes, or customs backlogs) may occasionally cause delays. If your shipment experiences significant delays or issues, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will work diligently to resolve the problem and ensure your satisfaction.
