Return and Refund Policy

We are dedicated to providing every customer with high-quality, cost-effective products. Before being sent to you, all items undergo strict testing and inspection at our factory to ensure their quality.

Returnable Products

Products that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

1. Faulty products damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.

2. Products received in the incorrect model. 

3. Unused products that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving. 

Non-Returnable Products

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

1. Products outside the warranty time-frame. 

2. Products damage caused by personal improper use, maintenance.

Notes: All returns must be authorized by our Team via the Support Center. All refunds must be processed after our confirmation that you send the correct product and they are in good condition. If any damage and loss led by the customer during the return progress, we will not be responsible for the loss. Please directly contact the responsible logistics providers.

Returns Process & Time-Frame
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:

1. If your product is returnable (see above), please submit a request to our support center (sfxedm@lyxc.com) stating your: Order number, Product name, Reason for return. 

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a return precautions along with our return address. 

3. Please return the product according to our instructions and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt. 

4. Once we have received the returned product, we will contact with you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days.

Kindly allow between 3-6 business days for our after sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below:

For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process. For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs & Address

We will offer you the return address once we agreed with your return request, We will provide a local return address for US and Canada orders. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the products received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
