Laser equipment isn't a fast-moving consumer good — customers aren't buying a machine, they're buying a process solution that runs reliably for three years. You can't see beam quality in a spec sheet, or feel the operation in a video. Only by standing in front of the machine — watching it cut, weld, mark — can you judge whether it belongs in your workshop.
